Or in the last 2 months just myself reading a lot of research about enzyme functions, spending about 100.00 on and using active B1 (Thiamax TTFD) and DAO (Diem Histamine Digest) and Molybdenum (Sogar) supplements, most with at least 50 percent helpful results. Let me repeat that, all with zero helpful results. I may be an exception to the idea that supplements "are a waste of money" just from my experience: in the last 5 years I have spent over 5000.00 on various many bloodwork tests, sleep studies, allergy testing, and prescription medications, all with zero helpful results.
#OVER THE COUNTER FOCUS BOOSTER PROFESSIONAL#
A medical professional should be consulted with for any medication or supplemental u/nuyosuks nutrition student: I am only providing my opinion, I am not a medical professional. Essentially you are training or re-training ur mind. i thought "whatever ,this is not going to help" but there are some really good techniques out there.

but it really helped me more than i ever would have imagined.
#OVER THE COUNTER FOCUS BOOSTER MOVIE#
(Things were so bad i could not watch a movie or show with out, realizing at the end, i had no idea what the story was about ). i had to start out with listening 🎧 to guided body scan, guided meditations cuz my mind would wander.so damn much. one natural thing that has really really REALLY helped me, is the practice of "mindfulness" and meditation. but i have all kinds of issues focus/ motivation / anxiety etc. And I can only hope that they find a way to totally correct the imbalances in the brain so I can finally be normal like everyone else.Īgain, a ton of people are misdiagnosed with ADHD and are actually just normal lazy people, which causes people like you to get the wrong idea about real ADHD that is actually completely debilitating and makes life a nightmare.Īll that being said, what you are suggesting would probably help those who are really just normal people who think they have ADHD but don't actually have it. Unfortunately, not even adderall can treat the symptoms 100%. Adderall is the only thing that is giving me the ability to take classes at college and have any chance at a decent life. I have lived for a while without adderall and my life was on a steep decline. Many of the people in this comment section claiming to have ADHD don't actually have ADHD, they are normal but just have trouble remembering stuff and focusing which is just caused by environmental factors such as how you were raised or being depressed or they just don't enjoy what they have to focus on.įor me, I have to take adderall. Real ADHD is a disability that has ruined many people's lives. You might as well go to a paraplegic and tell them to get over it and stand up. You are basically telling people to "just get over it and do the work". I also need to tell you that what are you saying is actually pretty insulting. They correct that chemical imbalance allowing those synapses to freely pass signals which improves the brain functions that ADHD affects. But they aren't magic, they are based on science. No amount of book reading is going to change that. It has to do with an imbalance of the chemicals which act as neurotransmitters between synapses in your brain which allow signals to go through. You are born with ADHD and it is permanent. No offense, but it seems like you haven't researched what ADHD even is.
